The experience and skills Anthony has obtained from acting as a chartered arbitrator and an accredited adjudicator allows him to deal proficiently with all types of commercial and contractual disputes including chemical engineering and process disputes, petrochemical disputes in oil and gas on and off shore.
Anthony’s specialism overlaps into professional negligence and property disputes. His experience as a surveyor enables him to undertake general property work which includes party wall, boundary disputes, dilapidations, flood damage, restricted covenants and easements. His technical background as a surveyor assists Anthony when dealing with professional negligence in relation to surveyors, architects, engineers, solicitors.
