Adjudication
Anthony is an accredited and registered adjudicator. He has extensive experience in adjudication acting for both the referring party and the responding party. Anthony has been involved with both single and serial adjudications with values ranging from thousands to millions pounds. Anthony as acted as counsel and as adjudicator in disputes relating to office blocks, apartment blocks, power stations, bio chemical plants and in the leisure industry including hotels and nightclubs.
He is familiar with all rules of adjudication such as TeSCA and CIArb and individual contractual rules.
Anthony has represented clients in the TCC and the Court of Appeal to enforce adjudicator’s decisions.
Anthony sits on numerous panels of adjudicators and can be directly appointed by the parties. He can also call upon team members to assist in larger adjudications if required.
